1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrowthInvestHub.com (the « Platform »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (« Terms »), operated by NARIKIA SARL, a company legally registered in the Democratic Republic of Congo. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 15 years old to use the Platform. However, you must be 18 or older to access or purchase any personal financial services.

  • Business and Team Accounts: Organizations, businesses, or groups may register accounts, provided a responsible representative accepts these Terms on their behalf.

  • Account Registration: While public content such as blog posts, legal pages, and the contact page is accessible without login, all core features including courses, community, dashboards, and digital downloads require registration.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person is allowed. Bots and shared accounts are prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you must not:

  • Post or transmit spam, hate speech, or illegal content

  • Scrape, copy, or attempt to extract data or content from the Platform

  • Sell or transfer your account or impersonate other users

  • Abuse our support channels or circumvent system protections

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our intellectual property

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content and Moderation

Unless stated otherwise, our cookies are retained as follows:

are the intellectual property of NARIKIA SARL.
You may not reuse, redistribute, or resell any content unless explicit permission is granted in writing. Unauthorized use is subject to legal action.

6. Access Tiers and User Roles

The Platform offers several levels of access:

  • Free Users: Can browse blog posts and legal pages

  • Registered Members: Can access select community and platform content

  • Paying Subscribers: Get full access to digital products, courses, and community features

  • Verified Investors: May receive additional privileges such as portfolio creation tools, investment simulators, or co-investment opportunities, subject to verification

NARIKIA SARL reserves the right to update, limit, or remove features associated with any user tier.

7. Service Availability and No Guarantees

We strive to ensure consistent availability but offer no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Platform uptime or uninterrupted access

  • Accuracy or completeness of any content

  • Suitability of any content for your personal, legal, or financial situation

Use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform integrates third-party services and tools such as:

  • WooCommerce, PayPal, TikTok, and others

By using these integrations, you also agree to comply with the terms of those third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites or tools.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these Terms

  • For illegal activity, abuse, or misuse of services

  • For extended inactivity

  • To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests

No prior notice is required.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

  • Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Kinshasa, DRC.

  • For international users: You agree that DRC law shall apply regardless of your location and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in DRC courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
