These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on GrowthInvestHub.com, a platform operated by NARIKIA SARL, based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
1. Products and Services
GrowthInvestHub.com offers a wide range of products and services, including:
Digital products: eBooks, video courses, templates, checklists
Subscription-based access: to private dashboards, simulators, learning hubs, and community platforms
Services: online coaching, webinars, consulting
Physical products: where applicable (e.g., printed materials, merchandise)
Certain products and services are delivered instantly via your user account or email (e.g. download links, course access, dashboards).
You must have a registered account to access any paid digital services. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
2. Pricing, Payments & Currency
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, WooPayments (credit/debit cards), Western Union, MoneyGram, and direct bank transfers.
Supported Currencies: Payments are processed in euros or US dollars.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and charges.
Receipts: Official purchase receipts are issued automatically via email upon successful payment.
3. Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions
Subscription services (monthly or annual) renew automatically unless cancelled.
Users can cancel a subscription at any time via their dashboard or by contacting userdata@growthinvesthub.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Refunds for subscriptions are limited to 80 pour cent of the payment and only within 24 hours after renewal.
Digital Products
No refunds are provided for downloadable digital products such as eBooks, templates, or video courses.
Refunds may be offered only to the extent permitted by local consumer protection laws.
Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Coaching & Consulting
Coaching sessions or private consulting may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
In such cases, users may receive a refund of 80 pour cent of the paid amount.
4. Usage Restrictions & Platform Integrity
All content provided on GrowthInvestHub.com, including courses, eBooks, coaching materials, and simulators, is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or modify any product or service purchased from the site unless explicitly marked as “allowed to” in writing.
Users found copying, reverse-engineering, reselling, or abusing platform features will have their accounts permanently suspended and may face legal action.
5. Legal Compliance, Jurisdiction & Restrictions
GrowthInvestHub.com is operated under the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Any disputes related to transactions shall be handled by the courts of Kinshasa, RDC.
By making a purchase, you waive jurisdiction objections and agree to resolve any legal matter in accordance with DRC law.
We do not knowingly serve users in regions where our services would be unlawful or prohibited by trade or export restrictions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, and sanctioned territories.
